The 30 day challenge continues, I haven’t missed a day and am loving the concoctions that we dream up {I’ve hooked two kiddos onto this!}. Mainly my smoothies are made of bananas, pineapple, a peach, apple or pear, water and lots of romaine. This week I’m using baby spinach and also added ground flaxseeds—so far I haven’t felt the need to add any sweetener such as Stevia or agave since the fruit is enough. Oh, to be able to eat fruit again…Yum!
